Originally handcrafted by designer Rebecca Hein, each piece is made using the traditional sand casting, giving it a unique character. Subtle black spots and natural grain may appear as part of the casting process, enhancing its artisanal charm. Hand-polished to perfection, each knob includes a screw for easy installation, ensuring both beauty and practicality in every detail.

100 % Brass, zink finish

Brass is a living material and will naturally develop a darker color due to oxidation. Exposure to moisture or grease can reinforce the oxidation and may leave stains and fingerprints. The oxide layer protects the metal and forms a beautiful patina over time but can easily be cleaned off to restore the original brightness and shine. Wash solid brass objects in hot soapy water to clean off grease or wax, and gently rub it with a soft cloth. Use a non-abrasive polish to remove tarnishing and re-shine the surface. Avoid using steel wool or other materials that can scratch the metal.

Pour lancer un retour, envoyez un e-mail à customercase@thatcooliving.com pour obtenir une autorisation. Des frais de restockage de 25 % et des frais de retour seront déduits de votre remboursement. Les articles retournés doivent être dans leur état d'origine, non assemblés le cas échéant, et dans leur emballage d'origine.

Pour les réclamations pour dommages, signalez-le dans les 2 jours suivant la livraison. Incluez des photos de l'emballage avant ouverture, des photos des dommages et une copie du connaissement (BOL) signé mettant en évidence les dommages.
