The shaggy rug Fallingwater has medium pile. Using the Fallingwater House, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright as the source of inspiration, the collection seeks to reinterpret the icon building’s color scheme and timeless expression through a small range of minimalistic and essential designs made of 100% recycled PET. The rugs are semi-shiny, durable, have a quick dry, and are easy to care for.

Due to the long pile and the natural material, shaggy rugs tend to shed. By regular vacuuming, the shedding decreases over time but will never cease completely.

Cleaning: Vacuum regularly without brush. For more thorough cleaning, dry cleaning is recommended.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
