• Crafted from pure Ethiopian highland sheep wool, each piece is handmade with care—no chemicals involved.
• The rugs are woven using wool (50%) and cotton (50%) for the warp.
• With naturally processed wool, the colors remain authentic, offering unique variations in each rug. Expect slight differences in size and color, celebrating the uniqueness of handmade creations.

Care

• The natural lanolin in the wool makes cleaning a breeze. Simply vacuum, clean in snow, or tamp when needed.
• For a deeper clean, these woven rugs can be washed with water, ensuring a complete dry afterward.
• Rest assured, the natural wool colors won’t bleed, maintaining their beauty over time.

Made of pure Ethiopian highland sheep wool. Thread, knotting, and weaving are entirely handmade. No chemicals were used.

The item will be sent directly to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

The delivery time presented is always preliminary and may be moved up or delayed depending on the supplier's production and delivery, which we cannot influence. An order for a made-to-order item cannot be canceled or returned, as it is specially made for you.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
