*For those with a US queen-size mattress, we recommend the 160x200 cm Senza Bed. Please note that the dimensions listed are for the mattress size, and a US queen mattress is slightly smaller, causing the bed slats to be visible. To achieve a seamless look, we suggest using a pair of 80x200 cm Tatami Mats under the mattress. This not only covers the slats but also enhances the overall aesthetic and comfort of your bed.

Delivery Times
Delivery time estimates will be provided once the product is added to your cart and during the checkout process. Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Rest assured, we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Return Policy
Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
