This bolster cover, crafted from 100% polypropylene, features a custom-woven fabric for a soft, luxurious feel. Produced energy-efficiently without harmful coatings, these bolsters endure sun and light rain, thanks to their water-absorbing yet quick-drying nature. Resistant to unpleasant smells, discoloration, wrinkles, and dirt, they maintain color and allure. You can leave the bolsters out in the rain, but if you like your bolsters to stay dry, we do recommend bringing them inside. The filling is made from silicone. The filling is sturdier than an indoor filling but is still plenty soft to be used indoors as well.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
