Shinju Tray - Mini

Shinju, the Japanese word for Pearl, is a collection of trays carried on ceramic pearls. Differentiating in size and positioned sporadically, the pearls adds a certain lightness and become a jewellery-like detail. 

The rectangular shape and depth of the tray, make Shinju ideal for different storage purposes, or as a decorative object with a branch or set of dry flowers.

Shinju Tray comes in two sizes and is made from ceramic. The surface is hand glazed in order to achieve a unique surface texture. The colors may vary slightly, due that it is a handmade product. 

The tray is not 100% waterproof.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
