This candle holder is handmade from soapstone in Kenya by a certified member of the World Fair Trade Organisation, which mainly works with family-owned workshops where there is a focus on basic needs and improved living conditions for employees.
The production of soapstone is a manual process and the natural material makes each product unique and creates an exciting and beautiful play of grey colors in each product. The Soapstone collection consists of various candle holders and a beautiful decorative bowl. All the products are polished which creates a beautiful smooth finish.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
